SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: UK delivery is 70p per order of 10 or less greeting cards, sent first class with the Royal Mail & should arrive within 5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: With International orders we cannot specify arrival date, but they typically take 2 weeks. International orders are subject to varying customs & fees.

Unfortunately we can’t offer expedited shipping.

RETURNS: You can return your unwanted product within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is damaged or defected. Once we receive the item in the condition it was sent out we will refund the cost of the product or exchange it.

CANCELING AN ORDER: If you wish to cancel an order please email rebecca@bexicards.com with a copy of your order form and we will endeavour to cancel it, as long as it has not already been shipped out.

For an additional 70p we will put a personal message, that you send us, in your Bexi Card and send it directly to the recipient.

BEXI CARD PRODUCT

All Bexi Cards Stationery products are printed in the UK. All cards come with a recycled envelope. We have phased out the plastic cello packaging and replaced it with card backed envelopes to protect your purchase. All Bexi Cards stationery greeting cards, notebooks and art prints are printed on high quality card stock and designed by myself.
